VILLAGE OF POLSKI SENOVETS & REGION
The Village of Polski Senovets has everything you need for day to day living!! The village is known as "the village of the rich".
The first known settlers in Polski Senovets were recorded about 2000 years ago. Originally a Roman village it was home to horse and sheep breeders. Archives say that Polski Senovets was first called Senovyats or Osyanovets. There were several small villages nearby - Sarnitsa / Glogota and Dunavliy Suvandzhikyoy.
There is a dam close to the village.

The community centre has a small history museum showing exhibits from the region.
Near the village of Krusheto 9 miles away, are the ruins of Nicopolis ad Istrum and Kale with preserved walls. The total area is 21 hectares. The excavations are open for visitors from early spring to late autumn.
The village of Arbanassi is located 22 miles away. The monumental houses and churches with rich interior decoration, wood carving and mural paintings created in XVI-XVII are remarkable. These unique monuments of Bulgarian architectural and artistic heritage are the reason why Arbanassi attracts not only tourists but also scientists, archeologists, historians, architects and artists.

Polski Trambesh Municipality is located in Veliko Tarnovo Province, Central-North Bulgaria, located in the Danubian Plain. It is named after its administrative centre - the town of Polski Trambesh.
The location of the municipality determines its place in the national infrastructure concerning transport, electricity and communication networks. The main road E85 crosses the area from south to north, connecting the province centre of Veliko Tarnovo with the city of Ruse. The town of Poslki Trambesh is situated near the Yantra River in the central Danubian Plain.
The landscape of the municipality Polski Trambesh is lovely in the summer. The altitude varies from 30 to 360 m above sea-level with the lowest point along the river Yantra valley. It is extremely favourable for the development of agriculture, manufacturing, transport and communications.
VELIKO TARNOVO & REGION
The Historical Veliko Tarnovo, located on the famous "Yantra River" (the 3rd longest Bulgarian tributary of the Danube River) is one of the most popular destinations for tourists in Bulgaria.
Situated at the foot of Stara Planina Mountains in North Central Bulgaria, it attracts many tourists due to its unique architecture and history. The houses are stacked one above the other on the hills of the city are unique.
Even as an ancient city, Veliko Tarnovo has modern and original bars, eateries and shops as well as the ultra modern Grand Central Mall (One of Bulgaria's largest), with a multiplex cinema, shops, atrium and kids play area -- there is something for everyone in the mall alone. The surrounding sites of Uzana are suitable for spaleology and rock climbing. There are opportunities for cultural tourism in the region. In the nearby open-air "Ethnographic Museum Etara" people can learn more about Bulgarian crafts. The "Sokolski Monastery" is situated a few miles from Uzana.
