Location. The resort of Zlatni Pyasatsi (Golden Sands) is the largest on the northern Black Sea coast and is built on more than 1,800 hectares of land. It is situated 18km north of Varna and about 19 km from Varna airport. It is bordered on the north by Kranevo and on the south by the St. Konstantin/Elena Resort. The beach stretches over some 4km and almost the entire coast along the resort falls within the boundaries of the Zlatni Pyasatsi natural park. The area is famous for the purest sand on the Black Sea coast and mineral water springs, as well as the marvellous wood bordering the Frangen Plateau turning Golden Sands into one of the pearls of the Bulgarian coast. Description. Nikea park is a newly build four star holiday complex located in the Golden sands sea resort of Bulgaria on the Black sea coast. The building consists of three sections with independent entrances and has eight floors. The average apartment provides about 70 sqr.m. living space. Each apartment has an underground parking space. All the apartments are fully furnished meeting the standard of a four star hotel.
